I. Parts Applicable to NC Machine Tool Cutting Process

The above problems can be effectively avoided by adjusting the clamping scheme and using high-precision measuring instruments for detection.
(2) the workpiece vibrates when the numerical control machine tool turns
It may be that the tailstock sleeve extends too long or the supporting top of the workpiece is too loose, or the turning tool is not sharp enough or the tip arc is too large, or the bearing clearance is too large or the clearance between the middle and small sliding plates is too large. It is necessary to check whether the bearing of the equipment is normal and sharpen the cutter.
(3) round jump can not meet the requirements
Circular runout caused by the abrasion of the front center on a shaft or a bearing of the center that is different from the axis of the main shaft, the central hole of the workpiece is not cleaned or the central hole is roughened, etc. Check whether the equipment spindle and clamping are abnormal, adjust the cutting parameters and reduce the feed speed.
(4) CNC lathe center hole serious wear or hair bite
It may be that unqualified cutting oil is used or the spindle speed is too high, or the chuck is not clamped.
