(4) Turn off the power supply first when replacing the die, and adjust the die only after the punch stops. Check whether the upper and lower dies are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm and whether the blank holder ring is reasonable.
(5) After the machinery is started, the materials shall be transported and the machinery shall not be operated at will by pressing the button or stepping on the pedal switch board.
(6) It is forbidden to extend your hand into the slider area during mechanical use, and it is forbidden to take and place workpieces by hand. The standard tools must be used when taking and placing the workpiece in the die.
(7) After turning off the power supply of the machine tool, tidy up the workpieces, side materials and sundries to ensure clean and safe environment.
